Parent & Me Nature Play

(Ages 18 months–5 years)

Connect, explore, and play together in the great outdoors! This caregiver-and-child class meets at the Lafayette Reservoir and is designed for children ages 18 months–5 years (siblings under 18 months are free).

We begin by meeting at the stage area for a fun circle time with movement songs and a story. From there, we take a short walk to our picnic area for a group art project, often using recycled materials or nature-inspired creations.

After art, children are invited to explore and play at our two sensory stations, offering hands-on discovery and creative play. We wrap up our time together with parachute play using our giant parachute, a favorite for little ones! After our class please stay to enjoy the playground.

Please dress for the weather and bring a light nut-free snack and a water bottle.
